General Details:
MIPASEAL is a one component elastomeric waterproofing acrylic coating. It is used on horizontal and inclining surfaces (e.g. terraces) and presents excellent adhesion on cement, render, roof plates, wood, bitumen, etc. It can also be used for the encapsulation of asbestos cement surfaces. It forms an elastic seamless membrane which is impermeable to water and retains its elasticity even at very low temperatures. MIPASEAL is high resistant to extreme climatic conditions (sunshine, rain and snow).
Instructions Of Use:
Surfaces must be cleaned from dust and flaking parts . Surfaces are primed with MIPASEAL thinned with water up to 30%. The following 2 coats should be applied crosswise, without thinning, with an interval of 24 hours between coats.
Application method: Roller, brush, airless spray.
Thinning: When the product is used for priming dilute up to 30% v/v with clean water. No thinning is necessary for the following 2 coats. Tools are cleaned immediately after the application with soap and water.
Notes:
MIPASEAL is produced and strictly controlled with our in house quality control system. Containers must be kept closed in a cool, dry, well ventilated area protected from direct sunlight.
